These terms apply to everyone who uses Digital Forerunners. By using the website you accept them, so please take a moment to read them. They describe what the website offers and where its limits are.
About Digital Forerunners
Digital Forerunners (digital-forerunners.com) is an independent review site for gaming and computer hardware. We write buying guides and reviews of headsets, monitors, laptops, computers, microphones, mice and other accessories. The website is represented by the website’s owner.
We are not a shop. We do not sell products, take orders, handle payments or offer warranties or customer service for any product. Any purchase you make is an agreement between you and the retailer you buy from.
Reviews are information, not advice
The content on Digital Forerunners is general information. A recommendation means we found a product a good choice for the use we describe when we wrote about it, not that it is the right choice for your setup, budget or needs. Check compatibility, size, connections and system requirements with the manufacturer or retailer before you buy.
Prices and availability
Prices, stock and product versions change often. Prices and product details shown in our product boxes come from Amazon and may be out of date or differ from what you see on the retailer’s site. The retailer’s price and terms at the time you buy always apply.
Accuracy and limitation of liability
We check our guides against manufacturers’ data and other reliable sources and update them when we learn of changes. Even so, models are replaced, specifications are revised and errors can happen.
We therefore cannot promise that everything on the website is complete, correct and current at all times. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that results from using this website or relying on its content, including problems with a product you bought after reading about it here.
Affiliate links and other websites
Many of our guides link to Amazon and other retailers. Some of these are affiliate links: if you buy through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This never decides which products we recommend.
Our pages also link to manufacturers, other websites and, in a few articles, online casino sites. Those websites are run by others, and we are not responsible for their content, services, terms or how they handle your personal information. A link is not a guarantee that a site is safe, or that its services are legal where you live.
Gambling and age limit
Digital Forerunners does not offer gambling. Where an article mentions an online casino, it is information only. Real-money gambling is for adults: the legal age is 18 in most countries, and many US states require you to be 21 to gamble in a casino. Gambling is also regulated differently from country to country. It is your responsibility to follow the age limit and the law that applies where you live.
Treat gambling as entertainment that costs money, never as a source of income. If gambling is becoming a problem for you or someone you know, free and confidential help is available. Gambling Therapy provides online support worldwide, and our responsible gambling page lists helplines by country.
Star ratings
